About The Role
We are looking for a proven results‐focused Sales Representative to join our team, based in Carole Park, QLD or Yennora, NSW. The role will be responsible for the development and management of new and existing customers of our High Security Doors.
Responsibilities
* Provide accurate specifications and schedules adhering to all pertinent building codes, Australian Standards and the total requirements of ASSA ABLOY products as requested by our clients.
* Read and interpret project construction plans (working drawings).
* Develop comprehensive product knowledge to advise and achieve client requirements, translating those into appropriate solutions.
* Promptly and competently attend to all customer enquiries.
* Contribute to achieving the sales budget and margin as defined.
* Maintain a close, regular, and professional working relationship with existing and new customers to maximise market share.
* Liaise with the team to maximise customer service levels.
Requirements
* Understanding of pertinent building codes, Australian Standards and local regulations.
* Experience in a similar sales role.
* Self‐driven, resilient, and motivated to succeed and own the accountability of the role.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships.
* Motivated to grow and develop overall capability.
* Able to engage broadly and multi‐task.
