This is a strategic role designed to eliminate cross-border inefficiencies and provide immediate, face-to-face leadership for their NZ customer base. Role Strategy & Focus Local Leadership: Prioritizing a New Zealand-based lead to build deep, local market relationships and reduce reliance on Australian-based travel. Strategic Hub: Ideally based in Auckland, the industrial and supplement hub of New Zealand, ensuring proximity to our primary business focus and key customers. Portfolio: Managing high-demand raw materials including sweeteners, colorants, excipients, and active ingredients (collagen, plant proteins, vitamins) across the Dietary Supplement, Food, Beverage, and Sports Nutrition sectors. The Ideal Candidate Local Expert: Deeply connected within the NZ food and supplement industry, preferably based in Auckland. Growth Mindset: Motivated by building a territory "from the ground up" and scaling high-pressure categories. Strategic Sales: Capable of managing complex supply chains and communicating the value of our diverse ingredient portfolio. Typical Workload Face-to-Face Engagement: Regular local client visits to build trust and technical alignment. Collaboration: Weekly online meetings with the wider Sales and CS teams to coordinate orders and support. Market Intelligence: Planning market entry strategies and attending relevant NZ trade shows/conferences.
