About the Role

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to process vendor payments, validate invoices, and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting vendor relationships. If you have strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a structured, team-oriented environment, this is an excellent opportunity for you

What Will You Be Responsible For?

* Accurately process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
* Ensure all transactions have the required approvals and supporting documentation.
* Complete the three-way match process, verifying purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices.
* Assist with vendor statement reconciliations and resolve variances promptly.
* Address vendor inquiries regarding payment status and escalate issues when necessary.
* Maintain accurate payment records and issue remittance advice to vendors.
* Support finance-related projects and additional duties as required.

What Skills and Experience Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

We are seeking a candidate who possesses:

* 3 years experience in an accounts payable or finance-related role.
* Strong understanding of financial processes, reconciliations, and compliance.
* Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
* Knowledge of three-way matching and vendor account management.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve variances effectively.
* Proficiency in financial systems and accounting software
* Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with experience managing databases and property documentation.
