As Principal Medical Workforce Officer, you will deliver efficient, qualified, and client-focused medical employment services for QEII Jubilee Hospital and peripheral sites. You'll manage recruitment, appointment, credentialing, compliance, and workforce coordination to support safe and effective healthcare delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end medical recruitment, appointments, and contracts
- Ensuring compliance with AHPRA, visa, credentialing and scope of clinical practice requirements
- Providing high-level advice to executives, managers, and Medical Officers
- Coordinating RMO and Registrar recruitment campaigns and workforce planning
- Leading process improvements, audits, and reporting initiatives
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional with strong experience in medical workforce administration and compliance. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring advanced problem-solving and communication skills.
