About The Role :
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Trades Assistant is responsible for driving a safety first culture and working with the engineering team to ensure that all equipment and machinery are cleaned efficiently to assist in the smooth running of the branch. Additionally, the trades' assistant is responsible for ensuring that all work is right the first time, maintaining a low to zero level of repeat work.
The role involves cleaning of equipment, and high-level ceiling and wall cleaning.
Essential Criteria :
* Ideally 1-2 years' experiences with hand tools
* Enthusiastic and eager to learn
* A team approach & a positive outlook
* A keen eye for detail
* Good organisational and communication skills
* A passion for safety
* Forklift licence preferred
* Ability to work unsupervised
