The position
Operating with the guidance of our highly successful Elite Sales Team, a Sales Associate is responsible for, but not limited to:
* Enquiry management: fielding and responding to enquiries via email, phone and sms
* Conduct open homes and private buyer appointments
* Prospecting activities to generate leads: calls, door knocking, and developing relationships
* Database management: data entry, contact management
* Diary management: organise and facilitate appointments, meetings and inspections
* Negotiation: manage offers, liaise with purchasers and vendors
* Reporting: collate and distribute various reports as needed

* Holds a current Driver’s licence and owns a reliable car
* Holds a NSW Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Agent Licence, OR is willing to obtain before commencement if successful
