The team is led by a group of experienced, specialist solicitors who are equipped to handle the most complex of remortgage transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Senior Compliance Manager in providing assurance to the business that risk is effectively managed
* Identifying and addressing emerging risks
* Conducting monitoring of key controls within the business
* Maintaining those controls owned by the Professional Standards team
* Undertaking ad hoc projects involving root cause analysis and proposing actions to address identified gaps
