Responsibilities
1. Deliver outstanding customer service by anticipating and meeting customer needs, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customers feel valued and satisfied
2. Maintain a strong product knowledge base to share with customers and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty
3. Contribute to the smooth operation of the store by managing stock effectively, maintaining visual merchandising standards and promoting a positive store environment
4. Live and role model our organizational values, collaborating with the store team to achieve results and contribute to a high-performing culture
