About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing construction business as a Payroll & Accounts Specialist. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, accounts payable and receivable, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage weekly payroll for 100 employees
* Process payments, reconciliations, and other financial transactions
* Provide exceptional customer service to suppliers and customers
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in payroll and accounts administration
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy
