Job Description

As a key member of our Integrated Marketing team, the Partnerships & Events Coordinator will be responsible for managing administration support for planning and delivery of partnerships and events that bring some of the biggest brands in the world to life.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, proactive multitasker with entry-level corporate experience, including managing calendars, emails, and invoicing. You will have an understanding of and exposure to events and/or project management, plus a love for our brands that will ensure you get excited to come to work each day.

Key responsibilities include supporting the delivery of high-quality events, activations, and partnerships under the direction of your leader, inclusive of admin duties such as asset creation, delivery and approvals, invoicing, and ticketing.

You will become the expert in briefing, sourcing and managing information, assets, and creative for the team. Additionally, you will help manage critical timelines across all major work streams by tracking and documenting activities to ensure both timely delivery and future recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
* 1-4 years professional experience with an understanding of professional environments, emails, booking meeting rooms, etc.
* The ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
* Savvy with IT and systems across both Mac and PC, with the patience to navigate the tricky ones.
* A desire to build good relationships both internally and externally.
* Knowledge of and a passion for Disney content.
* Positive, proactive, and engaging customer focus.
* Clear and confident communication skills with the desire to learn how to present information and updates.
* Proactive problem solving with the ability to examine issues from a broad perspective and anticipating impact beyond initial scope.
