About the Role
* Grow your knowledge of RAC products and services through comprehensive, full-time training and ongoing development.
* Be the first point of contact for around 50–60 RAC members each day, providing support, guidance and reassurance.
* Confidently navigate multiple systems while delivering supportive, high-quality conversations with members.
* Understand individual needs and offer tailored solutions.
* Work alongside a supportive, motivated team that encourages collaboration and celebrates success.
* Meet compliance requirements set by regulatory standards.
This is a full-time permanent position working 8 hours in length between Monday-Friday: 6am-10.30pm, Saturday – Sunday: 8am-6pm.
About You
* Strong computer literacy and the ability to confidently navigate multiple systems while engaging with members.
* Experience working in fast-paced environments with KPIs and sales targets, both individually and as part of a team.
* Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
* Empathy and resilience when supporting members through challenging situations.
* Available to work required shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays where applicable.
* Full Australian working rights.
