About you:
* You're a confident communicator with strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution and negotiation skills, able to build trust with consumers, families and colleagues alike.
* You bring demonstrated expertise in mental health nursing practice, delivering care that aligns with best-practice standards and truly puts consumers first.
* You're committed to ongoing learning and professional growth, either enrolled in an approved mental health course or holding a recognised qualification in mental health practice.
* You hold a Bachelor or Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent qualification) and are ready to apply your skills in a rewarding, fast-paced environment.
* You have current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and a strong commitment to safe, high-quality care.
Please note:This position is multi-classed as either EN/RN01/RN2C and classification will be determined by qualifications and/or experience.
