Shedshaker Brewing call Castlemaine home and are deeply embedded in the town's creative community. They're now on the lookout for a new sales rep to help spread their beers a little further.
Job Description: Sales Rep
Shedshaker Brewing is based in the Central Victorian town of Castlemaine and has chalked up 10 years of producing a wide range of popular hand-crafted beers for its Taproom and a range of pubs, venues and bottle shops.
Responsibilities
* Representing Shedshaker at industry events, festivals, markets and other awesome things
* Making new friends with pubs, venues and bottle shops
* Boosting the availability of our range of beers
* Spending a lot of time on the road and not being chained to a desk
* Keeping great records of contacts, leads and more
* Getting involved with the brains trust to talk new beers and special brews and give feedback from customers
Requirements / Qualities
We are looking for a sales rep (or maybe two part-timers) to get out into the wild and take our beers to new and interesting places!
We are a values-driven business – community, collaboration and creativity come first. So we are looking for people who understand that while selling is one thing, the relationships we build around the shared values of our partners are more important.
Ideally you have experience in beer sales and have established networks but this is not vital. We want the right people to join our small team – energetic, resilient, confident, fun, love music, organized, can chat to anyone and represent us at a range of events.
