Product Marketing Manager Role Summary:

* We are seeking a skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and expanding market share for our portfolio of GI products within the Veterinary Sciences business.

Key Responsibilities:

">
* Develop multi-year product roadmaps aligned with customer needs, competitive landscapes, and business objectives.
* Manage product lifecycle strategies—covering launch, growth, market access, optimization, and rationalization.
* Oversee product mix, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts.
* Closely collaborate across functions such as R&D, supply chain, operations, marketing, and sales.
* Support product directors in product P&L management to ensure financial performance aligns with business goals.
* Develop and oversee strategic product plans and multi-year roadmaps.
* Create and manage lifecycle strategies, including launch, growth, access, modification, and rationalization.
* Manage new product development projects from business case through audit stages, collaborating with internal teams.
* Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new product opportunities based on market insights and customer needs.
* Maintain a balanced portfolio of initiatives considering resources, timing, and risk.
* Design strategic launch plans to test product positioning and market acceptance.
* Monitor innovation performance using key metrics like product vitality and refine strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate with channel management to execute product strategies and meet revenue targets.
* Partner with marketing to develop product campaigns.
* Manage budgets to optimize resource allocation and marketing effectiveness.
* Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), including professional veterinarians, to enhance product credibility and awareness.

About the Role:
