We're looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to take on one of the fastest-growing regions in Queensland: Brisbane North through to the Sunshine Coast.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Generate and follow up leads in Brisbane North & Sunshine Coast
* Match clients with land and home designs
* Prepare and price house & land packages
* Present floorplans, inclusions, and upgrades
* Guide clients through to contract signing
* Build strong relationships with developers, agents, and clients
* Represent the brand at markets, land estates, Display Homes and offices.
About You:
* Sales experience essential (housing highly regarded)
* Confident, outgoing, and driven to succeed
* Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
* Organised, reliable, and eager to grow with the brand
* Passionate about property and helping families build their dream homes
* Wanting to genuinely help people
