The role
We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer or Associate Civil Engineer (or greater) to deliver creative project solutions.
In this role you will lead civil engineering projects from early concept through to completion, taking responsibility for design, coordination and delivery. You will work directly with clients, architects and project teams, contributing to solutions that balance technical performance, buildability and design intent. The work often requiring collaboration across multiple disciplines.
You will also guide and support a small team of engineers and designers, providing technical direction while encouraging initiative and independent thinking. This environment values people who take ownership of their work, share ideas openly and approach challenges with ingenuity.
Client engagement is an important part of the role. You will attend meetings, represent the practice at industry events and help maintain the strong relationships the business is known for.
A personal, professional approach and confidence in conversation are highly valued.
About you
* This position suits an experienced civil engineer who enjoys responsibility, values teamwork and wants to play a meaningful role in delivering high-quality engineering outcomes within a collaborative and design-focused consultancy.
* You won't get far without CPEng or NER and a degree in engineering (civil preferred)
* You'll need 8-20 years' experience, ideally some of that from within Victoria
