**About the role**:
- 40 openings for full-time position
- $32.69 per hour + Super + on-time weekly payment
- Shift work: 7am-2:30pm and 3pm-10:30pm with 30 min lunch break
- Learn and gain exposure from NSW State
- Jobs are in urban locations and close to public transport: Elizabeth St location
- Easy to fill timesheet, on-time weekly payment, and option for Real-Time Remuneration
**As Count Centre Data Entry Officer, you will be responsible for the following,** but not limited to:
- Transfer data from paper formats into database systems;
- Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures;
- Verifies accuracy and completeness of data and correcting entered data, if needed;
- Imports and exports data between different database systems and software;
- Providing updates to senior management on the progress of data entry, including in relation to any identified issues; and
- Any other duties incidental to the above.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to work within established routines and guidelines;
- Carries out their assigned duties under general direction;
- The ability to communicate, written and verbally, clearly and effectively with all levels of internal staff; and
- May be required to check the work or provide guidance to other employees at a lower level or provide assistance to less experienced employees at the same level.
- Must be willing to obtain national police check
- Not required on Good Friday but may be required for Easter Saturday and Easter Monday
You can work as an entry level Data Entry Officer without formal qualifications, however, a Vocational Education and Training (VET) course in administration, secretarial or clerical studies may be useful.
