Accounts Payable Officer – Part time
We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join our team in Stirling. We are a well-established family owned business with operations in WA and Tasmania covering diverse business interests across horticulture, exports and property.
You will have a strong knowledge of the Accounts Payable function, and possess a bright and friendly personality. You will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and other staff to assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Process Accounts Payable invoices, including data entry, reconciliations and coordinating payments.
- Raise a small number of Accounts Receivable invoices as required.
- Liaise with suppliers and staff to resolve their queries in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Undertake other duties as needed, including providing general administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and other team members as required.
To be the successful applicant you will require:
- Previous experience in processing Accounts Payable and Receivable;
- Excellent computer skills (including Word, Outlook, Excel);
- Ability to learn quickly;
- Good attention to detail;
- Strong organisational skills;
- Good communication skills (verbal and written);
- Reliable and punctual character;
- Ability to work in small office environment.
