The role includes building and maintaining relationships with key Client stakeholders on site and requires an inspirational leader with an ability to drive a culture of safety and service excellence.

OVERALL OBJECTIVES
- Support Site Supervisors and Teams in achieving Goals in safety, compliance, tyre management, tyre life, costs and revenue
- Provide coverage and support for the Regional Manager.
- To develop the Otraco culture of a safe, innovative and performance focused business
- To ensure compliance to all legal and statutory requirements
- Lead by example in adhering and demonstrating company standards, policies, procedures and values
- In collaboration with the client, peers and the business, have a strong focus on the delivery of standardisation and innovation for the region.
TECHNICAL OBJECTIVES
- Be a role model for the Otraco organisation
- Achieve the business unit and contractual KPI's and Metrics
- Standardise systems and processes in your region to ensure best practice and consistency is implemented across the region. Contribute the implementation of standardisation from initiatives from the Otraco group and the Client contract region.
- Drive innovation and improvements through day to day interactions and improvement programs
- Establish a culture of collaboration, information sharing and innovation through visible leadership
- Implement region workforce planning in collaboration with People Services team or Operations Manager
- Undertake the required site visits to your region to accomplish the required Scope of Work
- Prepare client reports that meet Otraco's professional standards. These include GMR reports, recommendations on tyre performance, costs and performance
- Where required, assist or deliver technical studies; such as statistical analysis, VBOX and heat-studies
- Assist the Otraco site teams to comply with Information Management System (IMS) and Client policies, procedures and instructions, as well as relevant contractual obligations and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Perform internal and external audits that focus on system compliance, safety and tyre management
- Represent Otraco at Contractor Review meetings, this includes preparation and delivery of performance and operational information
- Conduct audits of suppliers and assessment of products and ensure effective services delivery to clients
- Where required, assist the Site Supervisors and Managers with routine administrative tasks, such as roster management
- Where required, assist or deliver recruitment and induction of Tyre Serviceperson as directed by the Operations Manager or business needs
- Where required, perform Site Supervisor tasks in a relief capacity
- Promote a culture of continual improvement and best practice across Otraco teams
- Action corrective actions from audits.
- Liaise and work with tyre manufacturers, suppliers and other OEM's to improve, wherever possible, the service provided to the client in relation to tyre management.

- Actively promote a HSE culture across the region and lead by example.
- Ensure that all personnel work safely and comply with Otraco procedures and legislative Requirements.
- Assist with the investigation of hazards, incidents and unsafe work conditions and equipment, and implement actions to eliminate or reduce risks to acceptable levels.
- Ensure that all procedures are communicated, understood and complied with by all personnel.
- Review and recommend improvements to existing procedures, to encourage the adoption of best practice and standardisation across all Otraco operations.
