* Remuneration: $39.68 to $44.10/hour, dependent on experience (includes 25% casual loading) + Super + $15,990 Salary Packaging + Access to Staff Discounts & Benefits

St Andrew's Aged Care is nestled in the peaceful, leafy surrounds of Tallebudgera, just minutes from the southern Gold Coast. With tranquil gardens, mountain views, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, it's a truly special place to work and care.
This role is ideal for experienced Personal Carers, Aged Care Assistants, or Support Workers looking for flexible casual shifts in a beautiful coastal setting.
What You'll Do
* Support residents with daily living, always with dignity and respect
* Assist with personal care tasks including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
* Encourage independence and wellbeingWork closely with nurses, lifestyle, and hospitality teams
* Assist with mobility and safe use of equipment (manual handling)
* Provide emotional support and create a nurturing environment
* Document care accurately using iCare
* Collaborate with families and health professionals for holistic care
What You'll Bring
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Experience in aged care and a genuine passion for helping older people
* Your own vehicle is essential as there is no public transport nearby
