The Position
* Plan, supervise, and monitor the food production across 3 x retail outlets and functions and events activity across the campus
* Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
* Lead, develop and inspire a team of culinary talents
* Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
* Oversee inventory, procurement, cost controland minimize food wastage
The Person
* Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
* An accomplished leaderwith a stellar culinary track record
* Current Blue card or ability to obtain
* Experienced with high volume retail and functions & events catering
* Experience in leading, mentoring and developing teams
* Solid understanding of allergen management, food safety and infection control
* Available to work Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability for events during the year
