Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workforce Solutions team as a Senior Associate in Rewards Consulting.
* This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne and involve working at least two to three days a week in the office.
The ideal candidate will have a sharp analytical mind and be able to confidently handle complex data sets. Experience with remuneration survey tools is a plus.
* The successful candidate will drive data-driven insights, craft compelling reports, deliver exceptional client service and collaborate for success.
