You'll ensure a seamless candidate experience and help meet regional workforce needs through proactive recruitment practices.Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role involves improving recruitment processes, systems, branding, and supporting broader People & Culture initiatives.Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across designated regions, partnering with leaders to deliver effective hiring processes and a positive candidate experience.Build strong relationships with hiring managers and regional leaders, guiding them through recruitment practices.Develop sourcing strategies, build talent pools, and support workforce planning by identifying future hiring needs and trends.Ensure recruitment processes, systems (including JobAdder), and tools are used effectively and continuously improved.Promote TSA Riley's employer brand with candidates and represent the company at events and forums.About You You have:5+ years' experience in internal or agency recruitment, ideally within professional or technical services, with experience in construction project management highly valued.Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.Experience with eRecruitment & Applicant Tracking Systems (like JobAdder) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.Why Join TSA Riley?
