Key Responsibilities
This role covers both strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the Property Management and Sales departments, with a strong focus on team performance and business growth.
- Lead and support the Property Management and Sales teams
- Oversee daily operations, including leasing and compliance
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and talent development
- Drive performance through coaching, training, and structured reviews
- Collaborate with leadership on long-term business planning
- Streamline internal processes, systems, and procedures
- Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and business metrics
- Coordinate office events, supplier relationships, and external training
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in conjunction with Operations

Key Requirements
- Knowledge or experience in Property Management
- Valid Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
