Cement production is a complex process that requires precision, expertise and knowledge. Our ideal candidate will be able to analyze the operational performance of our plant and identify areas for improvement.
* The successful applicant will have excellent coaching skills to guide and mentor our production teams in optimizing their operations.
* They will also have strong analytical skills to assess process optimization opportunities, lead knowledge transfer initiatives and support maintenance programs.
* We are looking for someone with experience in failure analysis, communication with maintenance teams and team mentoring.
This role will involve working closely with our production engineers to improve our operational efficiency and achieve our production KPIs.
