What You\'ll Be Doing

This role provides support in the coordination of organisational development strategies and initiatives that promote, effective employee engagement.

Selection Criteria
* Relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
* Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication, consultation, negotiation and problem solving skills, necessary to build and maintain collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Proven experience in project management including providing high level project coordination and support whilst working to timeframes, on time delivery and evaluation capability.
* Ability to collate information, interpret data from various sources and prepare reports.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve outcomes and meet deadlines in a high volume environment with competing priorities.
* Evidence of a current unrestricted driver's licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
