NQAS Powershed is a leading supplier of agricultural, hydraulic, and industrial parts to the sugar, agricultural industries throughout Queensland. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to oversee our Ayr and Home Hill operations.
This is a hands‐on leadership role responsible for branch performance, customer service, team management, inventory control, and business development across the Burdekin region.
About the Role
* Leading the day‐to‐day operations of both the Ayr and Home Hill branches
* Managing sales, customer service, warehousing, and inventory activities
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with growers, contractors, mills, and local businesses
* Driving branch sales growth and profitability
* Coaching and developing branch team members
* Monitoring stock levels and inventory accuracy
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, WHS requirements, and procedures
* Preparing branch reports and managing budgets
* Identifying new business opportunities within the Burdekin region
About You
* Previous experience in branch management, operations management, or a similar leadership position
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent customer service and relationship‐building ability
* Commercial awareness and the ability to drive business performance
* Experience in agricultural, industrial, hydraulic, automotive, machinery, or parts industries would be highly regarded
* Strong organisational and problem‐solving skills
* Sound computer skills and experience using inventory or ERP systems
* Current driver's and forklift licence.
