The Superseal Group is offering exciting opportunities for apprentices and trainees to join our fast-growing team. We specialise in waterproofing, protective coatings, polyurea spray applications, and sheet membrane systems – key skills in the construction industry.
As a trainee or apprentice, you'll be:
* Working hands-on alongside industry leaders
* Gaining practical experience in Waterproofing basements, rooftops, wet areas, water tanks, and planter boxes
* Polyurea spraying
* PVC sheet welding, torch-on membrane, and more
* Concrete repair, epoxy flooring, and protective coatings
We'll train you in all areas, with strong pathways for growth into leadership roles.
What We're Looking For:
* No experience required – just a willingness to learn, a great attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
* Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
* Interest in construction or trade-based work
Requirements:
* Current Driver's Licence & reliable transport
* Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain)
* Working at Heights & Confined Space tickets a bonus, but not essential
