 
        
        Expert Clinical Care Specialist
The role requires the delivery of expert clinical care to patients undertaking dialysis home therapy, implementing and maintaining safe and effective individualised treatment plans. It involves educating patients, families, and healthcare staff on Peritoneal Dialysis and Haemodialysis.
 * Implement and maintain safe, effective, individualised treatment plans.
 * Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff on Peritoneal Dialysis and Haemodialysis.
 * Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed for optimal outcomes.
 * Act as a key point of contact for patients, offering guidance and support throughout their therapy.
You will be responsible for:
 * Current Nursing Registration with relevant authorities.
 * Post-registration qualification in Renal or working towards same.
 * Current Driving Licence.
 * Minimum 24 months previous experience in Renal Nursing and/or experience with Peritoneal Dialysis essential.
 * Minimum 12 months experience in Haemodialysis desired.
 * Experience in patient and staff education.
 * Proficiency in clinical nursing assessment skills.
 * Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks and activities to foster good time management.
 * Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain.
