The Role
Coast2Bay is currently growing with ongoing new housing developments due to open in the coming months. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Practitioner position to support our housing service teams based on the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay regions. This position will work collaboratively with other senior leaders to support consistent and compliant service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Working as part of a Housing Services Team to deliver consistent and quality tenancy and property services.
* Leading practice, policies and procedures, delivering training and support to frontline staff.
* Monitoring and mentoring to achieve performance.
* Developing service models which meet housing needs.
* Liaising with key stakeholders to support sustainable tenancies.
What You'll Bring
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
* Proven experience working with vulnerable client groups.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* 3 years community housing/tenancy law or welfare and housing practice experience
* 3 years in a Senior/Leadership/Management position
* Tertiary Qualification in Social Services or a related field is desirable.
