Urban Development Specialist
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Senior Designers on the design and delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review sketches, drawings, and engineering data received from external consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders
* Create detailed engineering designs and construction drawings compliant with industry standards and codes
* Analyze and prepare reports, drawings, planning, and design documents for projects
* Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to manage project variations
Requirements:
* High-level technical knowledge of industry codes and standards
* Proven project design delivery experience
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
* Relevant tertiary qualifications, including experience with 12d, AutoCAD, and PC Drain
