* Sell tickets at events
* Scan tickets and usher patrons to their seats
* Provide event information to attendees
Qualifications & Requirements
* High availability for major events in February 2026
* Exceptional face-to-face customer service skills
* Exceptional presentation
* Proven point of sale (POS) experience
* Enjoys the excitement and atmosphere of events
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
* Ability to work from 4pm Mon to Fri and full availability on some weekends (6am – midnight); may be asked to start at 9am on a weekday
Compensation & Shifts
* Hourly rate: $32.88 per hour Mon–Sat (+super); $59.18 per hour Sunday/Public Holidays (+super)
* Shifts are a minimum of 3 hours; during larger events shifts may be up to 8 hours
