Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Registration/Stock Controller to join our team. About the Role : This position is responsible for managing dealership vehicle inventory while ensuring accurate and compliant vehicle registrations. Working closely with Sales, Accounts, and Management, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth dealership operations and meeting manufacturer and state compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities : Manage and maintain accurate new vehicle stock records Process vehicle orders and dealer swaps Reconcile physical stock to the Dealer Management System (TUNE) Monitor vehicle aging and report on stock performance Liaise with manufacturers regarding vehicle allocations and delivery schedules Ensure compliance with registration requirements Maintain registration records and manage plate inventory Coordinate vehicle transfers between sites and external compounds Prepare monthly stock reports and assist with month-end procedures Maintain accurate documentation for audit and compliance purposes About You : Previous experience in dealership stock control and vehicle administration/registration role (essential) Strong knowledge of automotive dealership operations Experience using DMS system-TUNE Knowledge of registration procedures and compliance High attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines Strong communication and organisational skills What We Offer : Competitive remuneration package (based on experience) Supportive and professional team culture Ongoing training and career development opportunities Stable, long-term position within a reputable dealership If you are a motivated and detail-driven professional looking to join a successful Kia dealership, we encourage you to apply!
