Personal Banking Advisor – Permanent Part‐time
Location: Westpac's Colac Branch. Hours: 30 hours per week, Mon–Fri 9:30 am–4 pm.
Responsibilities
* Welcoming customers and engaging in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and provide tailored banking solutions, both in‐person and over the phone.
* Assisting customers in achieving their financial goals by applying product knowledge and guiding them through banking services.
* Referring customers to specialised banking teams when necessary.
* Executing accurate financial transactions, including cash handling and counting.
* Meeting sales and referral targets on a consistent basis.
Qualifications and Skills
* Customer‐service and sales experience, preferably in a customer‐facing or phone‐based role with a track record of meeting targets.
* Resilience and composure when managing challenging situations.
* Proficiency in numerical calculations and cash handling.
* Energetic personality and genuine passion for helping people.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies.
* No prior banking experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
