What are we looking for?
6. Excellent spoken and written in English, Mandarin & Cantonese is required.
7. Pleasant personality with good communication skills
8. Diploma /Degree holder in any discipline or SPM/STPM/IGCSE or equivalent qualification with relevant working experience
9. Preferably min 1year experience in Contact Centre, experience in hospitality/Online Travel Agency and customer service
10. Computer literate and internet savvy.
11. Positive attitude and a team player with a passion for delivering World Class customer service.
12. Willing to work in a shift environment (24/7 operations)
13. Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards
14. Open to Malaysian only.
