Pacific Industrial is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Leading Hand with a heavy-duty mechanical background to lead servicing and repairs across their diverse fleet.
This is a full-time Monday-Friday metro position with no requirement to work FIFO on an ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and perform maintenance on various plant and equipment
* Prioritise and plan daily tasks
* Work independently with a strong diagnostic focus

About You:
* Heavy duty mechanic trade certificate
* Experience as a leading hand or supervising a small crew of people
* 5 years of relevant prior experience maintaining a wide range of plant and equipment
* Vehicle electrical systems knowledge is preferable
* Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload
* Demonstrated ability to work independently
