This is an initial 12mth fixed term contract assignment with a high potential of extension. Would suit a strong Change Manager stepping into a Senior Change Manager or a Senior Change Delivery Manager.
**Overview of the Role**:
A high impact role, you will be responsible for the delivery of Change on the Customer Experience stream. You will have experience working in an Agile environment and ideally with data driven change.
This role is suited to those who thrive in an environment where you plan and prioritise, you are adaptable, agile and work well in a collaborative work group, with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
**In particular, the role will**:
- Ensure consistent, timely and effective communications are integrated and cascaded across key areas of impact, confirming alignment with the Transformation communications plan as managed by the Communications Lead.
- Create and manage a consolidated view of change impacts across the Transformation program, highlighting risks and opportunities, resolving conflicts and providing monthly reporting for the Transformation Steering Group (TSG).
- Develop and implement a proposal for an updated enterprise-wide view of change impacts utilising Transformation changes as the foundation. Work across the business to align on timing, messaging, and interdependencies.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress. Highlight any key risks and impacts to KPIs, recommending how to proceed and manage.
- Monitor ongoing risks and interdependencies, identify changes in process, procedure and practice needed to achieve change, support delivery of change benefits and assist in removing roadblocks
- Manage stakeholders in the business and key projects by developing effective relationships (working with, advising and influencing key stakeholders).
- Coach and engage business leaders to help them to fulfil the role of change sponsors.
- Work closely with other change resources across the Transformation program and aid in tackling difficult problems of a technical, professional, resource or people related nature.
- Integrate and align project and program change effort with that of change resources in the business and business leads to optimise delivery of change and minimise change impacts.
**To be successful in the position you will possess**:
- Extensive experience in change management at a senior level, in particular cross-functional transformation, and process/technology driven people change projects.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as fostering strong stakeholder relationships, Including with executive leaders.
- Exemplify change management principles and methodologies in line with delivering projects.
- Demonstrated ability to shift from strategic thinker to hands on delivery and support with the ability to challenge existing practices and identify innovative solutions.
- Acute business acumen and ability to identify and understand organisational issues, challenges and solutions
