At our childcare centre, we are looking for a qualified educator to join our team as a Teaching Assistant.
The role of the educator is to work collaboratively with senior educators and educational leaders to develop and implement high-quality learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
As an educator at our centre, you will be responsible for:
* Observing, informing, and continuously improving educational programs in collaboration with senior educators and educational leaders;
* Ensuring all learning experiences are inclusive and responsive to the needs of all children;
* Putting safety first in everything you do;
About Our Centre
Our childcare centre is a purpose-built facility catering for 75 children each day. We have two nursery rooms, a toddler room, a junior kindergarten, and a kindergarten.
Our friendly, caring, and qualified educators are experienced and hold First Aid and Working With Children checks. All our rooms are inviting, bright, and well-equipped with plenty of resources.
We pride ourselves on being family-oriented, with an emphasis on play-based and educational learning facilities in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.
Outside, we have age-appropriate play spaces and equipment that enhance the children's awareness of their surroundings and the greater environment.
We are passionate about the environment and strive to instil an interest in our children to care for and nurture our worm farm, flowers, and vegetables.

Requirements
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
