About The Role
The role of Communications, Training and Records Advisor is to promote good information and records management practice
Some Of Your Duties Will Include
Assist the Senior Manager, Information Records Archival and Mail Services through the development and publication of simple yet effective training, communications and guides around policies, processes, and technologies.
Develop and maintain training and guidance collateral ensuring alignment and currency with DJCS Information Management policies, key legislation requirements, and external standards, (e.g., PROV, OVIC, etc).
Develop and lead training programs/presentations including Communities of Practice networks where appropriate, including maintaining memberships, forums, and communications building and records management capability and maturity across the department

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in the development and conduct of training in a hybrid environment.
Well-developed communication skills and the ability to convey complex to a broad range of audiences, both in a written and verbal manner.
Demonstrated understanding of the principles of change management.
