As CEO, reporting directly to the Board, you will unite and guide a passionate and dedicated team of professionals and volunteers, ensuring that the voices of our members are heard by government, industry, and the broader community. About the role To thrive in this role, you will: Provide strategic leadership and direction to both internal and external stakeholders, achieving key financial and operational targets in alignment with defined KPI’s. Uphold corporate governance with precision, integrity, and accountability. Leverage your financial expertise to manage risks, budgets, cash flow, and ensure accurate financial reporting, while identifying opportunities for growth. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government organisations, private enterprises, industry bodies, and members, to advance VFF’s promotion and growth. What You Bring A proven track record of leading and coaching high-performing teams with success. Demonstrated experience engaging effectively with stakeholders, such as government agencies, political parties, industry groups, internal staff, and organisation members. Strong financial and commercial acumen to guide decision-making and oversight. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various audiences.
