Website Digital Product Owner
Location: Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane
About The Role
The Website Digital Product Owner owns the performance and optimisation of Suncorp's branded websites, with a primary focus on bingle.com.au. This role drives measurable customer and business outcomes across digital sales, service and claims through data‐led decision‐making, experimentation and strong product leadership.
Bingle is in the final stages of a website redesign and platform migration, setting up the Bingle brand website with the newest capability to optimise performance.
Responsibilities
* Own the website product strategy and roadmap, prioritising initiatives that improve customer experience and business performance
* Lead hypothesis‐led optimisation across SEO/LLM, AB testing/experimentation, personalisation and page/component redesign
* Make evidence‐based prioritisation and trade‐off decisions balancing customer needs, commercial impact, and regulatory requirements
* Lead cross‐functional delivery through influence, uniting Marketing, Portfolio, Technology and Digital Customer teams
* Own end‐to‐end website performance and KPIs across sales, service and claims journeys
* Use analytics and customer insights to test, learn and deliver continuous, measurable improvement
* Proactively manage digital risk and compliance, enabling safe and scalable experimentation
