Strategy Consulting - Consultant

About the role
As a member of our consulting team, you’ll be entrusted with real responsibility from day one. You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues to tackle strategic challenges, develop actionable insights, and deliver high‑quality outcomes. Depending on your experience, you may lead engagements, support junior team members, or focus on developing your consulting toolkit.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and gather data to inform strategic decisions
- Build financial and analytical models to uncover insights
- Synthesise quantitative and qualitative data into clear recommendations
- Develop reports and presentations that communicate complex ideas simply
- Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Contribute to proposals, tenders, and thought leadership
- Manage project delivery and support team development (for more experienced candidates)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or corporate strategy roles
- Exposure to hypothesis‑driven problem‑solving and top‑down thinking methodologies
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with comfort working with data and presenting insights
- A Bachelor’s and/or higher degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Commerce, Engineering, Arts, Law, Science)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, PowerBI)
- A pragmatic, outcome‑driven mindset and a collaborative approach to teamwork
- For more experienced candidates: experience leading projects and managing client relationships
- Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders (Executive, GM, C‑Level)
- A track record of mentoring and supporting junior team members
