This role offers an opportunity to strengthen our financial operations and support our growth.About The RoleThe Management Accountant will collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to manage financial systems and reporting.
Responsibilities include project reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll support, inventory management, and process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Job CostingTrack and analyze costs across departments and projects.Monitor, calculate, and report on project budgets, expenditures, and profitability.Collaborate with operations for accurate cost allocations.Perform WIP analysis and reporting.Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.Month-End & Year-End CloseEnsure timely and accurate entry of transactions.Perform accruals, prepayments, journal entries, and reconciliations.Assist with auditor queries.InventoryMaintain and manage inventory.DebtorsManage debtor collections and reporting.Monitor PPSR registrations.Systems & Process ImprovementSupport new system implementation.Review and improve finance procedures and reports.PayrollOversee payroll processing and compliance.Cross-functional SupportPartner with operations for financial insights and support.Qualifications, Experience, and SkillsMinimum 3 years of management accounting experience.Experience with Xero or Pronto is advantageous.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.Understanding of accounting principles and practices.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and in a team.Why Join Us?At Parabellum International, our values include transparency, agility, family, making a difference, and going above and beyond.
