About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Director to lead our Operations team in a 12-month fixed term position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to achieve CIT's goals, specifically the transition of commercial training product delivery from CIT Solutions business into CIT. They will contribute to the development and achievement of Organisational, Divisional, and Branch goals.
This role requires strong leadership skills, ability to develop and implement new business models and systems, and ensure education program continuity. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team to achieve CIT's goals related to the high-quality transition of identified CIT Solutions accredited and non-accredited course delivery to CIT.
* Contribute to the development and achievement of Organisational, Divisional, and Branch goals under broad direction from the Industry and Innovation Lead.
* Develop and deliver plans to realise the goals of the Board-endorsed CITSOL transition plan.
* Establish new business models and transition systems and processes as applicable into the operating requirements of the ACT public sector.
* Ensure education program continuity for transitioning CITSOL products for achievement of training excellence, sustainable revenue, and growth of market share in target markets.
Requirements
* A relevant qualification such as a Diploma of Training Design and Development or Diploma of Vocational Education and Training.
* Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on leadership, business development, and change management.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
