In This Pivotal Role, You Will
Lead and encourage the existing administration team.
Manage complex diaries and coordinate appointments and parish events.
Draft and prepare documents, correspondence, and homily resources.
Handle email communications on behalf of the Parish Priest and associates.
Streamline processes and foster collaboration across the parish office.
What We're Looking For
Proven ability to lead, encourage, and collaborate with others.
High level of confidentiality, discretion, and pastoral sensitivity.
Confidence working alongside clergy, staff, and ministry leaders in a dynamic parish environment.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
A current blue card and police check (or willingness to obtain both)
