About the role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of the accounts payable function during this busy period. Your duties will include:
* End-to-end processing of high-volume supplier invoices
* Conducting three-way matching and ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained
* Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any account discrepancies
* Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers regarding payment queries
* Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the finance team
About you
You are a reliable finance professional with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to work autonomously in a fast‐paced environment. In addition, you have:
* Experience in an AP role
* Exposure to MYOB is highly beneficial though not essential
* Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines
* Full and unlimited Australian working rights
