What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the pre‑opening journey including recruitment, training and venue readiness
* Deliver outstanding guest experiences and set the standard for your team
* Motivate and develop your team to perform at their best
* Uphold excellence in service, quality, safety and presentation
* Manage labour, COGS and P&L to deliver strong financial results
* Build strong connections within the Green Hills community to grow the Yo‑Chi love
Who we’re looking for
* Experienced leaders in hospitality (QSR preferred)
* Confident managing financial performance (labour, COGS, budgets, P&L)
* Strong communicators who build connected, high‑performing teams
* A hands‑on leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments
