Job Summary
As a Site Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in the success of our grain handling operations. You will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day workflow of the team, supporting the attraction, selection, training, and development of permanent and casual team members.
* Develop and maintain relationships with growers, customers, local community groups, and internal stakeholders to achieve business goals.
* Assist in the implementation and review of site budgets, participate in site financial planning, and contribute to achieving site targets.
* Support resource planning for grain receival/outload activities during peak and off-peak periods.
* Supervise a large seasonal workforce during busy harvest intake periods.
