Operations leadership manager

Lead a high-achieving team within operations to drive results.

* Monitor and report on the operation's overall performance and KPIs on a regular basis.
* Support collection and compilation of technical and commercial information for pre- and post-bid tenders.
* Develop and implement strategies to positively impact operations safety, financial, and operational performance.
* Maintain high-level customer engagement, communication, and diplomacy.
* Previous experience in a similar role with demonstrated leadership experience, working in either a global or national business operation.
* Work experience gained in engineering or mining services business operations.
* Ideal tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering discipline or other relevant field.
* Sound commercial acumen relating to tenders and contract implementation.
* Ability to identify and act on business growth opportunities.
* Strong knowledge of financials and organizational management.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
