The Role
Reporting to the HR Manager you will be an integral part of the team and day to day running of the HR department and wider internal network. Key areas will include Recruitment, HR Advisory and Employee Relations.
Key responsibilities will include:
Being the first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries
Support employee relations matters, including performance, conflict resolution, and policy guidance
Manage end to end recruitment processes, from sourcing and onboarding to off boarding and employee exit
Assist with performance reviews, development plans, and training coordination
Ensure HR compliance, maintain records, and prepare workforce reports
Support employee engagement and wellbeing
Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and organisational changes
The Person
As an HR qualified individual, you will have several proven years' experience working across multiple locations and a variety of different roles at the same time. You will be well versed in technology including intermediate to advanced excel and have an aptitude to learn.
You will have the ability to engage with all stakeholders, management to team colleagues to applicants in an enthusiastic and professional manner. Versatility and an assertive hands-on approach with empathy, compassion and an understanding for confidentiality will see you thrive in this busy ever-changing environment.
